“Quick response & excellent service! Our A/C was running constantly and unable to keep the house cool. Robert arrived and explained the steps he was going take and kept us informed throughout the process. Customer service was awesome from our first call for service until our unit was fixed. The night after our A/C was fixed we had to turn the thermostat up as it was cooling so well. Highly recommend FRS and will call again if needed in the future. Thanks!!”

“Excellent customer service, highly professional and extremely happy with Tim and his crew! Our VERY old AC quit on a Saturday. I called the “bigger name” company that has serviced our AC several times in the past. I was told they were no longer making after hours calls unless it was warranty work or if we had a service contract with them. They told me a tech would call me Monday morning, no call. Same run around on Tuesday for “bigger name.” This was one of those 90+ degree weeks in July. On a whim, I called FRS Wed morning, Tim said if they couldn’t get out that afternoon, it would be first thing Thursday morning. Tim showed up at 7:30am and had it running within the hour. I was so pleased with the service Tim provided; we had a new AC & Furnace installed last week. Tim and his crew did an EXCELLENT job and I would HIGHLY recommend them!”
